As evidenced by their professional experiences, which collectively exceeds six decades, the professional mix of outstanding consultants brings to the firm a wealth of knowledge in organizational development, leadership, and information technology. Their commitment to providing sound client centered consultation services puts theory to practice, and provides a sound foundation for clients to sensor, establish (or re-establish), and maintain organizational best practices.


Malcolm Stubblefield, Founder

Malcolm Stubblefield is a seasoned organization development (OD) professional with over 28 years' experience in human resource management, organization development, change management, talent management, business management consultation, and executive coaching. His professional experience includes service to the public sector, private sector, government, and not for profit organizations.

As a practicing OD consultant Stubblefield’s areas of specialty are organizational diagnosis, strategic planning, leadership, business ethics, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, employee development training, team building, and executive coaching.

Stubblefield is an accomplished presenter who communicates effectively at all organizational levels, builds relationships of trust, and enlists the participation of team members.  He currently teaches business management courses at Columbus State Community College in Columbus, Ohio. His academic accomplishments coupled with his hands-on business experience endows him with the ability to put theory to practice.

Stubblefield currently holds a BA in Health Care Management, an MBA in Human Resource Management, an MS in Organization Development, and certifications in logistics, addiction counseling, and TIPs (Training for Intervention ProcedureS). A dissertation stands between Stubblefield and a PhD.


Michael Nicholas, Co-founder

Michael Nicholas

Michael Nicholas has more than 30 years experience in the Information Technology industry: the most recent 10 years as a Business Analyst in the Columbus Ohio metropolitian area. His profressional technology expertise includes business process engineering, business intelligence systems, database technology, and computer programming.

Mr. Nicholas studied Business Administration for several years at Dabney S. Lancaster Community college in  Cifton Forge, Virginia.   His studies in business administration and information technology, in conjunction with his hands-on experience as a successful business owner and operator, has contributed to his reputation as a recognized expert and conslutant in the areas of business analysis and strategic planning. 

Mr. Nicholas graduated in 1972 from M.A.T.A. Technical College in Columbus, Ohio with a degree in Computer Programming.


Denise Ortiz, Consultant


Denise Ortiz is a certified public accountant (CPA) and personal financial planner. She is the principle of Accounting Consultants a Certified Public Accounting Firm that provides tax planning and preparation services; financial planning and accounting services; and personal consultation and financial coaching services. Denise Ortiz has over 30 years experience helping clients develop wealth management strategies that best fit their personal lifestyles:

Denise Ortiz earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – concentration in Accounting – from Ohio State University. She holds accounting certifications and memberships in several financial and accounting organizations.
